Move In/ Out Checklist

• Baseboards, Handrails, and kick-boards wet wiped 
• Fronts of all cabinets wet wiped 
• Inside of cabinets wet wiped

• Inside of closets wet wiped

• Ceiling fans wet wiped 

• Window sills and tracks wet wiped 

• Light fixtures hand dusted 

• Dust higher up areas with a 2 step ladder 

• Extra scrubbing in kitchens/ bathrooms/ and extra attention to hard water stains 

• Blinds dry dusted

• Doors, door frames, and door tracks wet wiped

• Inside & Outside sliding glass doors (winter, fall and spring only)
